Poznati kuvar Džim Fuler otkrio je neobičnu metodu pripreme pečuraka za koju tvrdi da daje savršeno jelo.

On je na Instagramu podelio video na kojem priprema pečurke tako što ih kuva u vodi, a ne u tiganju sa uljem.

Najpre kuvajte pečurke u maloj količini vode na jakoj vatri, dok ne postanu savršeno mekane.

I pored jačine temperature, on smatra da ih je tako nemoguće prokuvati jer imaju jedinstvenu strukturu.

Prema njegovom mišljenju, ovim postupkom će ispariti sva voda iz pečurki, zajedno s dodatom vodom dok se tiganj ne osuši.

Poput testenine, Džim proverava pečurke,dok se kuvaju kako bi utvrdio jesu li gotove. Savetuje da povremeno dodajemo još vode ako deluju “pregumeno”.
